I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team for a job well done at 2 Lawton Ave. I have to say that you turned a  bad sewer issue into a rather pleasant experience. I am thrilled to see that customer service still exists in this day and age and I would be happy to recommend RM Ratta to anyone who needs any kind of work or pumping on their system. I really appreciate the fact that you immediately took my emergency call and came out on Labor Day to access the situation and get us through the long week-end. I was impressed with the follow up, the experience and knowledge throughout the entire experience.

You and your team were always friendly- and had a great sense of humor! Everyone was helpful in describing the issues and quick to resolve the problem. As you know, our situation was an emergency that we had not planned for or budgeted for…I was appreciative that you tried to keep costs in line as much as you could and that you took the time to walk me through the final bill – clearly describing each charge.
